RRasal Connect Services Private Limited (RCSPL) Rvaastu is one of leading Real estate , Loans , Financial Services, Vendor Management , Builder Project & Asset Management Company, deals in sales and services in multiple sectors, where as Rvaastu has subscriptions base plans which are made according to product and services provided to through the Rvaastu Platform where the any user can purchases or buys the plans by making online payment as well as cheque in which the Rvaastu has taken enough care of each part of every aspect where we believe each one has to understand before entering into any types of transaction with RCSPL , Rvaastu. Where we are very clear each user has to understand the company terms and conditions, like communication, payment terms , profile , business module, when users enter into Rvaastu there he gives all the permission to RCSPL Rvaastu to use his all credentials for business terms.where as the once payment or purchase is done then 25% Services Charges to deducted if anyone cancels  the any type of purchase as services or product purchase only no rendered services charges are refunded to any one in any under any circumstances. We clearly state that no one can communicate with the right channel. Dta management is taken with enough security , each user should maintain the ethical behaviour to be better for each other and society. We strictly state that illogical or irrelevant issues or false claims where we will have to the legal action claimer and all types of losses like time, financial will be covered from claimer if it finds unwanted / false / intentionally.

Terms and Conditions for RRasal Connect Services Private Limited (RCSPL) - Rvaastu

1. Introduction: Welcome to Rvaastu, a platform owned and operated by RRasal Connect Services Private Limited (RCSPL). By accessing, subscribing, or using our services through the Rvaastu platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any transaction or availing of our services.

2. Scope of Services: Rvaastu, a brand under RCSPL, is a leading real estate, loans, financial services, vendor management, builder project, and asset management company. We provide a wide range of products and services across multiple sectors. Rvaastu offers subscription-based plans designed according to the products and services provided through the platform. Users can purchase these plans through online payments or cheques.

3. Acceptance of Terms: By using the Rvaastu platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. You authorize RCSPL and Rvaastu to collect, store, and use your credentials for business purposes. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before entering into any transaction.

4. Payment Terms: All payments made through the Rvaastu platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Payments can be made through online channels or by cheque.
• Once a purchase or subscription is made, a cancellation fee of 25% of the service charges will be deducted. This fee applies to both product and service purchases.
• Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered or under any circumstances where the service has been initiated or completed.

5. Refund Policy: RCSPL Rvaastu follows a strict no-refund policy for rendered services and completed transactions. However, in exceptional cases where a valid reason is presented, a refund request may be considered within 5 working days from the date of purchase. The decision to approve or deny the refund request rests solely with the management of RCSPL Rvaastu. Any refund issued will be subject to a 25% service charge deduction. The decision made by RCSPL Rvaastu will be final and binding.

Refunds will not be granted in cases where services have been initiated or rendered or where the reason for refund is deemed invalid or unjustified. Users acknowledge and agree that no refund will be processed if the claim is found to be false, intentional, or irrelevant. Any false or misleading claims may lead to legal action, and RCSPL reserves the right to recover time and financial losses from the claimant.

6. Data Security and Privacy: We have implemented stringent data management practices to ensure the security and confidentiality of user data. However, users are responsible for maintaining the ethical and appropriate use of their profiles and business activities.

7. Communication and Ethical Conduct: Users are required to maintain professional and ethical behavior while interacting with the platform. Any form of misconduct, false claims, or unethical actions will not be tolerated. Users should communicate only through authorized channels.

8. Legal Action and Liability: RCSPL reserves the right to take legal action against users who make false or irrelevant claims or engage in activities that intentionally harm the reputation or operations of the company. Any time or financial losses resulting from false or baseless claims will be recovered from the claimant.

9. Limitation of Liability: RCSPL shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of time or financial losses, resulting from the use of the Rvaastu platform or any services offered. Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their decisions and actions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
