We deal with sales and services across multiple sectors and offer subscription-based plans through the Rvaastu Platform.

Our subscription plans are meticulously designed based on the products and services offered through the platform. Users have the option to purchase these plans through online payments or cheques. Rvaastu ensures that every aspect is considered carefully to maintain transparency and fairness.

Before initiating any transaction with RCSPL - Rvaastu, users are strongly advised to thoroughly read and understand the Terms and Conditions, including details related to communication protocols, payment terms, profile management, and business module. By accessing or using the Rvaastu Platform, users give their consent and full permission to RCSPL - Rvaastu to utilize their credentials strictly for business purposes.

Cancellation Terms:

• Once a payment or purchase is made, a 25% service charge will be deducted if the user cancels any type of purchase, whether related to products or services.
• No refund will be issued for services that have already been rendered or for any completed transactions under any circumstances.
• Cancellation requests must be made within 72 hours of the purchase. Any requests made after this period will not be entertained.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the same payment gateway within 7 working days from the date of approval.
• Users must clearly understand that illogical, irrelevant, or false claims will not be tolerated, and legal action may be taken against such claimants. In such cases, time and financial losses incurred by the company will be recovered from the claimant.

Data Security and Ethical Conduct:

We take data management and security seriously. Users must maintain ethical behavior while interacting with the platform to foster mutual respect and contribute positively to society.

We strictly prohibit false, misleading, or irrelevant claims. Any user found indulging in unethical or unlawful activities that affect the company’s reputation or operations will face legal consequences, and all losses resulting from such actions will be recovered from the claimant.
