RRasal Connect Services Private Limited (RCSPL), operating under the brand name Rvaastu, is committed to ensuring transparent and fair business practices. We deal in Real Estate, Loans, Financial Services, Vendor Management, Builder Projects, and Asset Management, offering sales and services across multiple sectors.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only considered if a valid reason is presented and verified by the RCSPL - Rvaastu management. Refund requests must be made within 7 working days from the date of purchase.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will only be processed through the same payment method used during the original transaction (e.g., online payment gateway or cheque).
• Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
• In cases where the reason for a refund is not deemed valid, the request may be subject to further communication and clarification before a final decision is made.

Non-Refundable Cases:

• No refund will be issued if the service has already been rendered or the transaction is completed.
• Refunds will not be granted if the reason is found to be invalid, unjustified, or false.

Service Charge Deduction:
A 25% service charge will be deducted from the refundable amount for any cancellation or refund request.
