Mandatory documents (to be submitted by all application)

1. A cancelled cheque
2. Bank Statement - last 6 months
3. Complete loan application with one photograph
4. Salary slip, bank statement and Form 16
5. Investment Proof: LIC, mutual funds, property document etc.
6. Appointment letter(if salaried individual)
7. Identity Prof: Passport/Driving License/Voter ID/ PAN
8. Property Documents: Sale deed, Katha, transfer of ownership
9. Address Proof: License/Rent Agreement/ Utility bill
10. Other document to be submitted as per your profile

For Salaried Individuals

1. Identify proof: Passport/Driving License/ Voter ID/ PAN
2. Salary Slips for the last 3 months
3. Copy of IT Return or Form-16 for the last two years
4. Last 6 month's bank statement (showing salary credited)

For Self-employee Individuals

1. Bank account statemnet for the last 1 year
2. Business existence proof: 3 years old saral copy and Business registration certificate
3. Income proof: IT Returns along with Balance sheet and P&L statements for the last years
4. Office address proof: Property documents, utility bills
5. Photo ID proof: Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ PAN

Mandatory document (to be submitted by all application)

1. A copy of valid visa or work permit
2. Any of the following for NRIs with Seafarer work Profile:
   1. Valid Job contract
   2. Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC)(if disembarkation stamp is not older than 6 months)
   3. Expired contract letter (if disembarkation stamp is older than 6 months)
   4. Last salary slip as proof of employment with a shipping company
   5. Any of the following documents:

5. Address proof of the blood relative you're staying along with proof of relationship
